Still waiting....

*sigh* our social worker told us it could be another 7-8 weeks before we travel. Please hurry USCIS and complete our 1600 so we can have our approval and get thing moving a little faster! 7-8 weeks just seems so far away right now.

At least I'm back to work so I no longer can stalk the mailbox. Now I just rush home after work to see if that one precious piece of mail this there.

But for now we're still waiting.

That has to be so frustrating to have to wait this long. How long once you are in Korea before you can take him into your care and have him in your hotel? I hope it is instantaneous! I will pray that you get the letter you are waiting for this week! Hang in there. -Marie in MI

Hi Marie, We get to have one visit with our son and the foster mom a few days after we get to Seoul. Then we receive him officially 24-48 hours later. I don't know if he'll be with us in the hotel or not. Sometimes you pick up and go directly to the airport! I guess we just have to wait and see for now. We'll know more when we get our travel call.
