We just got back from our city tour arranged through Holt. We had a really nice time. They had planned on taking us to a palace but we had already been their. So we did a big walking tour and saw lots of the city. Its a beautiful day today...I think temps finally got into the 60's.
Hidden in the interior of the shops are all these tiny little restaurants. If we weren't with our guides we would have never know they were there. It was like stepping into another world. We went into this tiny place and then up to the second floor (walking up the steepest stairs you've ever seen)! We sat the traditional way...shoes off at the door and cushions on the floor.
Our spread of food when we were done. Rice, fish, seaweed, tofu soup, kimche, etc.
The tiny alleys in and around the restaurants.

Looks like your tour went well! I am curious about tomorrow for us, as we have already been to Changdeokgung, so maybe we will head somewhere else also. Jarrod is sacked out having a late 'nap' so had a minute to check your blog. I think I'll just call you!!
