We had our first meeting today! Everything went really well. Finding Holt on the subway was pretty easy. We left about 2 hours early so we had time to sit and have some lunch at a nearby bakery/cafe. Our little guy isn't very little at all. He's a big boy and he really is walking around! He loves food. His foster family adores him and they actually refer to him as "the prince." After about a 1/2 hour he finally let us hold him for a little while. Here are some photos of our first meeting....

Andrea! I'm up in the middle of the night and your post pops right up in front of me!! He is GORGEOUS and so big!! I can't believe those teeth! Please tell DJ hi for the Gerbers when you go back and that we're on our way! So happy the first mtg. went well. It gets me even more excited. Yeah for baby C and A!
OK, me again and then I'm just going to have to turn this computer off - that second picture of him is my favorite and reminds me so much of my boys. Ijust want to squeeze him! have a great rest of the day and get all your sightseeing/shopping in before family day! You guys look great by the way!

I have tears in my eyes reading this. I looked at your dates and say Gotcha Day!!! I love it. We say that to Izzy all the time. We are getting ready to celebrate ours soon. Christian is such a cutie!!! I'm so happy for the two.. now wait.. three of you!!! :) You are very blessed!!
